Love Your Body




These day, i keep complaining about my body posture and so on. I hate my leg, i hate my nose, and i thinks like everything in my body. But i was wrong! This all from god create! I
should appreciate this, than i don’t have perfect body like this picture L




Aww soo sad :(






Girls, here is some tips that you guys who feel uncomfortable with your body can applyJ

1.Appreciate all that your body can do.

2.Keep a toe-10 list of things you like about yourself that aren’t related to how much you weight or what you look like.

3.Reming yourself that “true beauty” is not simply skin deep. Beauty is a state of mind,not a state of your body.

4.Look at yourself as a whole person.. Chosse not to focus on specific body parts.
5. Surround yourself with positive people!

6. Shutdown those voices in your head that tell you your body is not “right” or or that you are a ‘bad person’.

7. Wear clothes that are comfortable and that make you feel good about you body.

8.Become a critical viewer of social and media messages.

9.Do something for yourself- something that lets your body know you appreciate it.

10. Use the time and energy that you might have spent worrying about worrying about food,calories and your weight to do someting to help others.

I do hope, these can help you guys trying to think positive about your body image. We should love our body!
